Items under the New Release and Rerun categories are pre-orders. Please see section below for more info on pre-orders, thank you.
Orders are shipped via USPS regular mail or First Class Package if the option was selected during checkout. During this time, the USPS is experiencing massive delays for a variety of reasons. Please expect extended wait times of up to 60 days after you receive your shipment confirmation email. We and the USPS are doing our best and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
How long do pre-orders open?
Unless otherwise stated, pre-orders typically stay open for a week.
When will my order ship out?
Pre-orders will generally take 3-4 weeks from when they close to when they are shipped out. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
Is tracked shipping available?
Yes! Please select "USPS First Class Package" for tracked shipping in the checkout menu.
I made a mistake on my order. How do I fix it?
All sales are final!
Please make sure your cart and shipping information are correct before checking out!
Will you make XYZ product of ABC?
That's a solid maybe. We're open to new ideas, but make no promises!
Will XYZ product be restocked?
A lot of consideration goes into which products get restocked. Unfortunately, we cannot definitively answer for all of them. The best way to secure a product is to participate during the initial order period.
